We support organizations to work in partnership with Community Leaders to co-create pathways towards the goal they collectively share.  Supporting the prioritization of actions to incrementally advance the changes sought.

3. PROGRAM DESIGN

We support organizations to translate stated values into tangible commitments. Working in partnership with Community Leaders we facilitate the co-creation of programs that meaningfully advance the work towards a more just and joyful society.

4. Coaching & thought partnership

We support Impact Leaders in the fullness of their work. The complexities of working to advance change at a systemic level and the human work of finding personal joy and resilience such that they can remain part of the work.

NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY. IN PARTNERSHIP.

Experience has taught that advancing transformative, systemic change from within an organization is complex in a myriad of ways: 

• It is both pressingly urgent, yet requires patience to build trusting relationships and work towards generational change;
• It forces us to redesign established systems, which raises concerns over values alignment and exposure to reputational risk;
• As employees deepen their understanding of the work and harms associated with it, the fear of causing further harm rises, often limiting teams’ willingness to move beyond education and in to action; and to compound the challenge 
• Those who are deeply engaged in action are experiencing burnout as a result of the distance they see between community need and organizational reality.

We know each of these challenges intimately, having worked to navigate them in a variety of different contexts, sectors and organizations.  Whilst the challenges are real, we’ve seen time and again that there always exists a path towards progress.  One that can bring an organization ever closer to a true expression of its values and the collective work towards a more just and joyful society.
